"RescueSCG " is arrogant, unprepared and unprofessional
One of our colleagues recently applied for the position of Rescue SCG: Campaign Manager. Elisa Ortiz, Megan Flynn and Leslie Davis were arrogant, unprepared and unprofessional during the process:
Although the position requested Apple/Mac computer experience, RescueSCG personnel were not proficient with Apple's Facetime application and relied on the less functional Skype package.

[January 8, 2014] Rescue SCG - Campaign Manager
This is to confirm your interview with Megan Flynn and Elisa Ortiz for Thursday, January 9th at 1:15 PM. I had to move the appointment to a start time at 1:15 due to another appt. they have immediately prior. Please let me know if this is problematic.

[January 8, 2014] Misleading, Deceptive Instructions
In two phone calls to applicant, Leslie Davis told applicant RescueSCG was very excited about this candidate and was looking forward to a 3-4 hour in-person interview; she recommended the candidate clear his schedule for upcoming training in Washington, D.C and additional training in San Diego. Per applicant's request due to heavy work schedule, Leslie David told applicant he had until Friday, January 10th by 5:00pm EST to submit the requested exercises. Applicant submitted the Word exercise and Excel exercise ahead of the agreed deadline on Thursday, January 9th, at about 11:07pm.
[January 9, 2014] Disasterous, Unprepared, Unprofessional Interview
The interview with Megan Flynn and Elisa Ortiz was ridiculously unprofessional. They failed to inform candidate Skype had limitations on Apple hardware - it does not allow a three-way conversation on the iPad. Applicant requested they switch to Facetime but neither Elisa nor Megan were familiar or prepared to use Apple's native product. Applicant suggested they move to a phone conference. Elisa and Megan denied that request. Skype continually cut out during the interview. Applicant reported it was impossible to hear and carry out a professional conversation.

[January 13, 2014] RE: Rescue SCG Career Notification - Public Health Policy Campaign Manager
Good morning Leslie and Elisa,
Hope you had a nice weekend. My first reaction to the email [above] was that came in error, yet unfortunately I assume it's accurate. How can this be? You misled me, Leslie! When you contacted me on Wednesday, I informed you I had a full plate of work. You told me I could submit the test assignment on Friday. After pulling a 24-hour day for a client, I put in overtime for you so the assignment was returned early - on your desk first thing Friday morning. The session with Alesa and Megan on Thursday was the most unprofessional interview I have ever had. This is not respectful treatment. Out of professional courtesy, you owe me an explanation.
Many thanks!
Rescue SCG
NO answer; NO explanaion; NO respect! RescueSCG simply misled and used the applicant, and then threw him away. This is how they treat established talent. RescueSCG - arrogant, unprepared and unprofessional.
